Data Deletion Request

GDPR & Meta Platform Compliance

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Marketing So High. This includes all data collected through our platform, including data obtained via Google (Search Console & Analytics), Facebook, Instagram, and Threads integrations.

What data we delete

Account information— Email, name, profile data, authentication tokens
Connected platform data— OAuth tokens, cached API data, and profile info for all connected platforms: Google (Search Console / Analytics), Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn. On deletion we call each platform's revoke endpoint and delete cached results within 24 hours.
Generated content— All AI-generated content, drafts, published posts, and distribution history
Outreach data— Campaign data, prospect lists, conversation history, email sequences
SEO data— Keywords, content, site audits, performance tracking data
Analytics & usage data— Usage metrics, engagement tracking, activity logs
Billing records— Subscription data, payment history (Stripe records retained per legal requirements)

Processing Timeline

Request received — confirmation email sent within 24 hours

Final confirmation email sent when deletion is complete

Submit a Deletion Request

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose all content, analytics, and campaign data. Stripe billing records may be retained as required by law.
